We offer apartments and rental homes throughout Livingston, Wyoming, and Genesee counties in Western New York. Specifically, most of our apartments are in York, Mount Morris, Perry, Caledonia, Leicester, Pavilion, Warsaw, LeRoy, Batavia, and Bergen. Availability varies by location, so please visit our Available Rentals page for current listings.

Choose the property you are interested in and follow the application link provided with the listing. Each adult who will live in the home will be required to submit a separate application.

Applications may be evaluated using income, credit history, rental history, background information, and other qualification standards applicable to the property. Requirements and documentation may vary.

Our team will contact you after the application has been reviewed. Approval is not final until all required steps are completed, the lease has been signed, and your deposit has been paid.

Processing time depends on how quickly all applicants submit the required information and how long it takes to verify supporting documents. Complete applications are generally reviewed same or next business day. Please be sure that all adults submit a separate and complete application. 

Residents can make payments and set up recurring payments through the Rentvine tenant portal. The portal is the fastest and most convenient way to manage rent payments. Click Tenant Portal at the top of the page to access it. 

Submit routine maintenance requests through the tenant portal. Please include a clear description and photos at all times. Our office will be in touch within 1-2 business days to schedule. 

Yes. All Chauncey Group properties are pet-friendly. The pet fee is $150 upfront per pet, plus $45 per month per pet.

We do not have breed restrictions. However, dogs with a documented bite history are not permitted. All pets must be disclosed and approved before move-in.
