Ready to apply for one of our available apartments? Start by selecting a rental that fits your needs, then complete the online application through our secure application portal.
Before applying, please review the property details, rental requirements, required documentation, and estimated move-in costs. Our team is available to answer questions about availability, qualifications, the application process, and next steps.
Application Process
Applications will NOT be processed without all of the items listed above. There is a $20 fee per adult for the credit and background profile.
What do we look for? We do not solely base applications off of a credit score. Our company will gauge an overall picture of your income, debt to income ratio, landlord references as well as rental history.

Please complete one per adult, separately. Your application must include your photo ID and proof of residency (phone bill, utility bill, etc...)

We require ANNUAL income must be 40x rental amount. Proof of income could include 4 weeks of paystubs, RHA statement, and more.

If you do not have your current landlord’s number, you MUST get that information. If this is your very first apartment please enter the name of who you live with and their contact number
